In the next installment of our Employee Spotlight Series, we are highlighting Jose Quintana, Sales Assistant for Fletcher Jones Van Center. Read about his journey below.

Jose has been part of the automotive industry for a little over 6 years; he shares, “I have always been into cars, and I took the first opportunity to join the industry.” The first dealership he joined focused on Mercedes-Benz passenger vehicles, and Jose jumped into all kinds of roles – delivery specialist, business development center and more. He jokes, “I am the jack of all trades!”

In 2021, Jose joined the Fletcher Jones Van Center team as a Sales Assistant. He shares, “Joanne, our General Sales Manager, is a great mentor who is showing me the A to Z of selling Mercedes-Benz.” He looks forward to many more years to come as a Fletcher Jones team member!

• Favorite Guest Amenities: “Our coffee! Plus, Joanne always brings in pastries from the local businesses.”
• Favorite Memory with FJ Van Center: “The relationships I have built with guests! An example that comes to mind is when I finally was able to share with a guest we had his Mercedes-Benz van in – he still calls to this day!”
• Favorite Hobbies: “I love watching soccer, anything Formula 1, building car Legos, and going to the movies.”
